Effect of heat treatment time on magnetic properties of NdFeB-based permanent magnetic alloys

In our current study, NdFeB-based permanent magnet ribbon alloys were produced by using melt spinning method, which is one of the rapid solidification methods and very common in production ribbon-shaped, amorphous and/or semi-crystalline alloys. During each NdFeB alloy, 15 wt.% waste was included composition The heat treated for 5 10 minutes a treatment temperature 710 °C high heating cooling rates 285 K/s. effect time applied at same on magnetic properties strip investigated. While increase resulted remarkable change coercivity maximum energy product properties, there not much such as saturation magnetization remenance. As clearly seen, increasing continuous decrease from 5030.5 Oe to 2279.4 Oe, first showed dramatic 62.02 kJ/m3 103.73 kJ/m3, then 38.63 indicating magnetism alloy.
